Before I launched my coaching and training practice, I'd moved between three different careers. I had earned 7-figures and I'd written 9 best-selling books. However, although I was considered by many as 'successful', I felt I wasn't pursuing my life purpose. Two concepts had always fascinated me. Coaching: I had experienced it first-hand that success isn't a straight line and you sometimes feel lost, stuck and confused along the way. I wanted to help ambitious individuals overcome their challenges and stay motivated to achieve their goals. Personal Branding: I'd also experienced it first-hand how hard it felt to have to make a name when you first enter a new field. These two concepts led me to where I am today.
I love helping two types of clients:
1. I empower small-business owners, (esp. coaches, consultants, trainers, authors, speakers and other 'experts') to stand out from the crowd, gain the trust of their audience and grow their businesses. I coach them how they can build an irresistible personal brand and get more clients.
2. I help professionals who are going through a big transition get unstuck, gain more clarity of the direction they want to take and make really tough decisions about their life.
Some interesting stats: I co-authored my last best-seller with the legendary Brian Tracy. I managed to place first among 1.2 million test-takers in the University Entrance Exam in my home country in 1997. I’ve been featured on different TV shows and publications. I was named as a Master of Success by the Wall Street Journal in 2016. During the past 17 years, close to 2 million copies of my books have been sold. I also have the experience of coaching and training more than 30,000 ambitious people in both one-on-one settings and also in workshops and seminars.
