Human Resources, Training manager and Project manager
Currently looking for new opportunities in human ressources, training management or project management, I am open to various offers in those fields. I am a talented person with a passion for learning new things. I work well under pressure and I am respectful and loyal.
In my 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Training manager, I had to train new employees by explaining the administrative work and politics of the company. I also managed internal courses for the company such as courses on 5S and various specific work for different jobs. Finally, I recruited participants, speakers and employees by doing selection over the phone then interviewing them in person and managing all the hiring files for the company.
In my 6 years of experience in Project management, I was in charge of organizing conferences, seminars and workshops on various subjects. I developed a good sence of adabtibilty to problems and situations by having a good comunication with my team. Because I've been working and developing projects from the ground up, I understand and master all the process of a project from finding a location and a date to doing the report at the end. I have experience managing budget and making sure that delays are met and demands are answered. I have acquiered skills on solving problems and delegating tasks to other people. I also had to negotiate and hire speakers and sponsors for various events.
