• More than 8 years of experience in construction of industrial, commercial and residential buildings
(Including approximately 1000 000 sqft of building, 30 000 ton of structural steel, 34000 ton of concrete work)
• Skilled project manager, organizer of daily and monthly workshop meetings and controlling the progress of project according to project timetable an
• Highly experienced in assessing, eliminating and reducing risks as well as holding ASP construction card,
• Have a solid knowledge about structural steel fabrication details and standards, worked with AWS D1.1,
• Highly professional in implementing building plans along with construction management,
• Have a solid experience in earthwork including soil mechanics, excavation methods, soil protection, and related safety rules,
• Have a good knowledge along with highly professional experiences in reinforced concrete quality control, concrete tests, concrete admixtures, formwork and familiar with concrete mix design calculation,
• Familiar with building mechanical and electrical implementing
• Multi-functional, cooperative, highly organized, good problem solver.
