Dr. Reza Zareifard received his B.Eng in Agricultural engineering from Shiraz U., M.Eng in Bio resource Engineering and Ph.D in Food process Engineering from Mc-Gill U. He also has one year of post doctorate experience. Dr. Reza Zareifard has worked as food engineer and published around 50 scientific papers in well-known journals. He is currently working in Agriculture, Agri-food Canada.
