The evening begins with a variety of hors d’oeuvres and gourmet snacks. Guests will be welcomed into a beautifully decorated space featuring a Haft-Seen table, setting the tone for a refined and delightful celebration.

Throughout the night, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served by professional bartenders. A range of colorful cocktails and unique blends inspired by luxurious Venetian bars will create an unforgettable experience.

Prepared by the private chef of the Roma Reception, the dinner will feature exquisite Italian flavors. Guests can choose from four main courses:

Lamb shank
Salmon

Each dish is crafted to meet high standards of fine Italian cuisine.

After dinner, a Venetian-style dessert table will offer a wide variety of pastries, ice cream, tea, and coffee. Meanwhile, the talented Hooshivar Music Ensemble, featuring  musicians and  vocalists—all acclaimed and educated artists residing in Montreal—will deliver a joyful and unforgettable performance.
