Founded in Montreal, Canada in 2016, the Symposium of Iranian Professionals in Quebec (SIPQ) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to providing accurate information and knowledge across diverse fields, including economy, industry, business, science, trades, and personal development, to Iranians at all professional levels.
Recognizing the need for a strong and supportive network among Iranian professionals, Dr. Reza Parsa Nejad, president of the symposium, established the first annual SIPQ in August 2016. The goal was to strengthen the Iranian community’s ability to exchange knowledge, generate new business opportunities, and benefit from innovative ideas. SIPQ offers a friendly yet professional environment, enabling participants to integrate more effectively into Canadian society while enriching their personal and professional experiences.

The extensive exchange of information at SIPQ helps Iranian immigrants adapt to their new environment more easily and efficiently, ultimately improving their quality of life. Additionally, the symposium opens doors for participants to explore opportunities for future projects and endeavors.
As president, I strongly believe that optimal networking allows Iranian professionals to access essential, accurate information across all aspects of life, from personal to professional. This vision inspired the establishment of the first symposium in August 2016, which was successfully held and continues to grow. SIPQ welcomes all Iranians seeking knowledge and professional development, regardless of their field of expertise.”
